Diner time at Spring Spur is a never ending ode to good food. Tonight Clay prepared a middle eastern meal including hand made dolmades using the homestead grapevine leaves, fresh baked flat bread, a spiced chicken Shawarma, minty youghurt, spiced cous cous and a mixed bean salad.feast
