True to its varietal description, this Vermentino is easy drinking and approachable yet offers a lightly textured palate with layers of citrus and summer fruit. A long clean finish will have you reaching for more.
Technical notes: Fruit from the Politini Vineyard in the King Valley was whole bunch pressed before settling overnight to be racked into stainless steel. A cold and steady ferment before stabilising and bottling in May produced a clean crisp and fruity expression of the vineyard.
