Spring Spur welcomes guests of all abilities. We're committed to making your visit as enjoyable as possible, and we encourage anyone with accessibility requirements to get in touch before booking so we can plan ahead together.
The main Spring Spur facilities have accessible parking, with smooth flat access from the car park to our key areas. Main buildings include step-free entry points and accessible bathroom amenities.
As a working farm, parts of the property involve uneven, rocky or muddy terrain. We'll always guide guests to the most accessible routes available and will let you know about any limitations before you arrive.
Trail rides require guests to meet certain physical requirements for safe horse riding — but many disabilities and health conditions do not prevent participation. We welcome guests with a wide range of needs, including many mental health conditions and physical disabilities that don't affect the ability to ride.
We assess each situation individually. If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us directly before booking and we'll talk through your options together. Where a trail ride isn't suitable, we'll do our best to suggest alternative ways to enjoy the property and the horses.
Assistance animals are welcome on site.
The more we know in advance, the better we can prepare for your visit. Please reach out by phone or email before booking — we're happy to have a conversation and make sure Spring Spur is right for you.
