Spring Spur is a working horse property, with 6 guest suites, a fully equipped commercial kitchen and bar, and a complementing garden where we employ organic principles to produce seasonal fruits, vegetables, citruses, berries and olives. Our set menu changes weekly and incorporates produce grown here at Spring Spur and supplemented by surrounding local farms, grown and raised by ethical and sustainable farmers to showcase the unique Alpine produce built on an immense respect for the environment.
The Spring Spur Kitchen operates Thursday to Sunday nights. These are a truly unique dining experience where we invite guests, family and friends to sit down together on our Long Table and enjoy quality food and wine, and share stories and songs.
